Mark Demos
CEO
Mark Demos has been knee-deep in the sales and marketing side of the technology industry since the 1980s. He has led or helped lead several companies throughout his career, and founded Demos Watch Company, a watch brand that ultimately sold products through REI.
Mark's leadership experience pulls from many arenas including telecommunications, lasers, fiber optics, oil & gas sensors, packaging materials distribution, and purchase order finance. He has held executive-level positions at Sabeus, Oluma, and Alfalight, also at ARCH Venture Partners, ADC Telecommunications, Amoco Laser Company (now part of Cisco), and Toshiba Electronics.

He grew up in Japan, Italy, and Germany.
Ken Jakubowski
Chief Financial Officer
Ken Jakubowski has an extensive financial management background with emphasis on planning, budgeting, treasury, M&A, bank relationships, capital markets, internal controls and accounting. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in commercial finance, insurance, and consumer lending.
Before PayMeFaster, Ken was CFO of several companies including Capital Partners, Answer Financial and FirstAgain LLC. Prior to these roles, he was VP Finance at National General Insurance Company and held various financial positions with Aon, Lockheed Martin and Ford Motor Company.
Ken holds a BA in Economics from Kalamazoo College and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.
