Mark Demos has been knee-deep in the sales and marketing side of the technology industry since the 1980s. He has led many companies over the course of his career, and most recently founded Demos Watch Company, a watch brand that ultimately sold products through REI.
Mark's multifaceted leadership experience pulls from many technology arenas from telecommunications, to lasers and fiber optics, to oil and gas sensors. He has held executive level positions at Sabeus, Oluma and Alfalight, and has played sales and marketing roles at ARCH Venture Partners, ADC Telecommunications, Amoco Laser Company (now part of Cisco), and Toshiba Electronics.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business, MBA program, concentrating in Finance and Marketing. He has an undergraduate degree in computer science from Eastern Illinois University. He grew up in Japan, Italy and Germany.
Zalman Vitenson has been responsible for over $6 billion in financing to small and mid-sized enterprises throughout his career. He has consulted with Fortune 500 retailors and franchisors, financial institutions, and the U.S. government.
Before leading the team at PayMeFaster, Zalman was CEO of Capital Partners, one of the largest factoring companies in the country. He is also the former President of Shell Capital Commercial Finance, where he headed Shell Oil's global small business and middle market lending ventures. Zalman has also served as President and CEO of International Franchise Capital (IFC) and Principal at First Interstate Bank (now Wells Fargo Bank).
Zalman earned a BA in Economics and Psychology from Pomona College and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania - The Warton School.
Ken Jakubowski has an extensive financial management background with emphasis on planning, budgeting, treasury, M&A, bank relationships, capital markets, internal controls and accounting. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in commercial finance, insurance, and consumer lending.
Before PayMeFaster, Ken was CFO of several companies including Capital Partners, Answer Financial and FirstAgain LLC. Prior to these roles, he was VP Finance at National General Insurance Company and held various financial positions with Aon, Lockheed Martin and Ford Motor Company.
Ken holds a BA in Economics from Kalamazoo College and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.
Michelle Baumann has spent the past decade applying her skills in the financial services and Fin-Tech sector, where she held various positions including Chief Business Intelligence Officer for Capital Partners and Senior Data Architect for Dealstruck.
Over the past 20 years, Michelle has led teams in executive management, business intelligence, analytics, project management, infrastructure design, quality assurance and implementation in the financial, healthcare and automotive industries. She specializes in helping organizations identify, streamline and define their application and data platforms.
Michelle earned her master's degree in Computer Information Systems with an emphasis in Business Intelligence and Database Management from Boston University.
